About this mod. Mod with configurable speed modifier settings to control how fast parties move. Handles herd, prisoner, wounded and mounted troops modifiers in a realistic way. This also fixes the Riding-Herding perk. TW currently punishes you with 50% more speed penalty by choosing this perk. This mod fixes that!

This perk multiplies the max accuracy penalty (crosshair size increase) as a result of moving or turning by 0.8 (-20%) when using throwing weapons while mounted. lol does that actually increase relations with companions who are cruel for example and like raiding? They definitely dont like when you had to escape from 500x army with your 20x army even after escaping prison behind enemy lines and trying to survive to get back to your homeland.
