There might be some condition present which is blocking DPF regen to start. If no other DTCs present (other than the full DPF), ensure over half a tank of fuel is remaining, consider adding a DPF cleaner additive to the tank, take it out on the motorway at 120km/h in fifth gear for at least 20 minutes.
